Adecco Recursos Humanos is seeking a Polish Collections/Financial Services Representative to join a multinational team in Porto. The role offers a hybrid regime with an 8–17 or 9–18 schedule and direct client contact.

Requirements include fluency in English and Polish at C1, at least 6 months in a similar position, and advanced Excel skills. You will manage credit and collections, disputes, cash applications, and related reporting while contributing to a dynamic, professional environment.

Monday to Friday, hybrid regime

Your mission

• Credit and collections;
• Handle disputes, cash applications and the billing needed;
• Online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration;
• Validate or complete accurate and timely reporting.

What you need to embark on this mission

• Fluency in English and Polish (at least C1 level);
• At least 6 months' experience in a similar position;
• Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency;
• Dynamism, proactivity and initiative;
• Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills;
• High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
