Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced senior technical professional to act as a bridge between technical teams and Japanese clients. You will lead the design and delivery of technical solutions, translating complex requirements into practical plans while coordinating with stakeholders across cultures.

The role requires strong software development and IT architecture knowledge, plus excellent communication and project-management abilities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a senior technical role such as Solutions Architect, Tech Lead, or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese (B2 or above) both written and spoken.
• Solid background in software development and IT architecture.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain complex topics to stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment with ownership mindset.

What will you do?

• Act as a key technical and project management point of contact between the technical teams and Japanese clients and stakeholders;
• Lead the design and delivery of technical solutions, working closely with engineering teams, clients, and business stakeholders;
• Translate business and client requirements into clear technical solutions, project plans, and actionable deliverables;
• Support project planning, coordination, prioritisation, and delivery, ensuring alignment between technical teams and client expectations;
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle;
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues, supporting the team in defining and implementing appropriate solutions;
