Inetum is seeking a Financial Support role to assist senior leadership with budget management, reporting, and process improvement in a multicultural environment in Portugal. The candidate will manage budgets, perform KPI analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.

The role requires at least 2 years in budget management, accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint. Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in budget management or financial control.
• Solid accounting and financial knowledge relevant to corporate budgeting.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and reports.
• Experience in monthly/quarterly closing and KPI reporting.
• Fluent in English; basic French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support managers on day-to-day operational and financial activities.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Perform monthly financial controls including accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and trend analyses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist onboarding and administrative processes.
• Help define and improve operational processes.
• Track workforce budgets and headcount information.
• Support leadership on transversal projects and initiatives.
