The team supports senior leadership on operational, financial, and organizational topics, ensuring efficient budget management, reporting, process improvement, and business support.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years in budget management.
• Accounting and financial knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong reporting capabilities.
• Fluent English, basic French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support managers and stakeholders on day-to-day operational and financial activities.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Perform monthly financial controls, including accruals, prepayments, and KPI analysis.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams.
• Support onboarding activities and administrative processes.
• Help define, improve, and implement operational processes.
• Monitor workforce and headcount budgets.
• Assist in budget planning and resource management activities.
• Provide support to leadership and management teams on transversal projects and initiatives.
