Act Digital in Lisbon is seeking a PMO budget analyst to oversee international budgets, provide governance insights, and deliver KPI-driven reporting in a hybrid role. You will build dashboards, support financial decisions, and collaborate with global teams to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in PMO or finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English and French. This position emphasizes cross-border coordination and timely financial insights.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of PMO, budget management or financial control experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Experience with budget planning, reporting, governance and cost monitoring.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in international environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and monitor headcount budgets across a global perimeter.
• Manage hardware and software budgets, monitor spend, sign-offs, and produce monthly reports.
• Perform financial analysis and manage budget trajectories to align with objectives.
• Support monthly closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, cost control, and KPI analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and trend indicators for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cluster managers and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and finance processes.
• Contribute to setup, improvement, and standardization of processes.
• Produce regular management reports and financial insights for leadership.
