Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. in Portugal is seeking a Platform Management Support Analyst to provide operational support for a major third-party platform, reporting to the Service Manager.

The role includes user access management, procurement coordination, and governance activities across multiple business units. The successful candidate will handle dashboards, KPI tracking, training sessions, and onboarding while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, Application Support, L1 / L2 Help Desk Support.
• Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities, driving platform optimization initiatives and supporting enterprise-wide adoption programs.
• Experience supporting large user populations across multiple Business Units, including Onboarding, Training, User Support and Adoption activities.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Support - User access provisioning and deprovisioning; access request processing and role management; license allocation and onboarding coordination.
• Reporting, Documentation & Knowledge Management - Executive and leadership reporting; platform usage dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Compliance, Security & Vendor Governance - Vendor relationship management; contract and renewal governance; invoice validation and billing reconciliation.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Business Unit Support - First-line support for business units; intake management and request tracking; user onboarding and training sessions.
