CSG Systems in Portugal is seeking a Platform Engineer I to join the DPM Operations team. You will support AWS cloud infrastructure, install and configure DPM products, and monitor performance to ensure reliable SaaS operations.

You will collaborate with architecture and development groups, automate processes, participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, and help drive security and deployment best practices in a fast-paced cutting-edge environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience configuring, managing and upgrading servers and software.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and REST Web Services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Azure DevOps, AWS CodeCommit/Build/Pipelines, Bitbucket, GitLab).
• Willingness to undergo NATO Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• DPM Product installation and configuration.
• Assist in troubleshooting Platform errors.
• Troubleshoot and assist with bugfixes for DPM Applications.
• Monitor DPM solutions’ function and performance.
• Automate and document Platform Engineer processes.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with architecture and development groups.
• Install, configure, and upgrade third-party products and open-source solutions.
• Bi-weekly off-hour maintenance within the maintenance window
