We are looking for an Platform Expert & Tech Lead | SAP Basis Rise!

Mission: Experienced and highly motivated Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join our team as Technical Lead. You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of on-premise and cloud SAP environments, with a special focus on RISE projects. You should demonstrate solid technical experience, strong analytical skills, and a focus on technological innovation.

Responsibilities:

Technical administration of SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA).
Management of cloud environments (mainly in the context of RISE and AWS).
Installation, updating, and migration of SAP systems.
Performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
Management of SAP transports and authorizations.
Collaboration with functional and technical teams to ensure the stability and performance of the SAP ecosystem.
Participation in digital transformation projects, including migration to S/4HANA and the cloud.
Support for audits and compliance with security and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience as SAP Basis.
Solid knowledge of SAP systems administration.
Experience with RISE.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP BTP is valued.
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and databases (HANA, Oracle, etc.).
Knowledge of high availability, backup, and recovery.
Experience in SAP migrations (on-premise to cloud, ECC to S/4HANA, etc.).
Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
Good communication and team spirit.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
