Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a relevant role as SAP BASIS/RISE professional.
• Degree in Software/Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• Advanced SAP BASIS and SAP RISE knowledge with certifications.
• Proven SAP Technical Lead experience with strong architecture/solution design.
• Experience defining guidelines, code reviews, reference architectures and blueprints.
• Experience on strategic projects with global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English mandatory.
• Portuguese and/or Spanish knowledge is a plus.

We are looking for a Platform Expert Master – SAP BASIS (RISE)!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and expertise in SAP BASIS, with a strong focus on SAP RISE.
• Define and establish technical guidelines, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and technical reviews to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with defined standards.
• Define, validate and maintain reference architectures for SAP BASIS solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical blueprints to guide development and implementation activities.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of SAP solutions within the SAP RISE environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring the quality and consistency of technical deliveries.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders on strategic projects.
• Analyse complex technical challenges and drive effective problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and promote continuous improvement across the platform.

Requirements:

• Up to 15 years of experience in a relevant role, aligned with the scope of the service to be contracted.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a similar field.
• Advanced technical knowledge of SAP BASIS and SAP RISE.
• Proven experience as a SAP Technical Lead, with strong expertise in SAP BASIS.
• Experience in solution design and architecture within the relevant technology or platform.
• Experience defining technical guidelines, conducting code reviews, establishing reference architectures and developing technical blueprints.
• Experience working on strategic projects.
• Relevant certifications in SAP technologies and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in global and multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA and Confluence is valued.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is valued.
