We are searching for a Tech Lead OutSystems for a project based in Lisbon:

Responsibilities

• Manage technical resources and develop/implement OutSystems solutions.
• Lead a dynamic team with members of different levels of expertise and experience.
• Manage tasks and team for maximum proficiency.
• Test and prepare demonstrations.
• Ensure the technical success and quality of the services provided.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' professional experience in OutSystems;
• Solid knowledge of OutSystems best practices and architectural patterns;
• Solid knowledge of Oustystems platform administration (configuration, architecture, sizing, design, updating and troubleshooting);
• Experience with code release management processes, including approvals through change committees for code releases into production;
• Experience in error analysis in various technologies, including analysis of log files to identify problems;
• Experience in support/troubleshooting functions and upgrades.
• Ability to communicate updates concisely to leaders at all levels.
• Excellent decision-making, communication and collaboration skills.
• OutSystems 11 Certificate, Professional Platform Ops Engineer (Plus);
• OutSystems 11 Certificate, Professional DevOps Engineer (Plus).
• Good spoken and written knowledge of English.
