Job summary

Decskill is seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM Consultant for a Lisbon-based hybrid project. You will act as a SME, configuring and validating SAP HR PA functionalities, and ensure robust master data management and cross-module integration with Time Management, FI and PS.

The role involves collaborating with international stakeholders and delivering high-quality HR solutions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration or related field and brings at least 5 years of hands-on SAP

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Min 5 years of SAP HR/HCM, PA module experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HR PA infotypes, personnel actions, and master data concepts.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Business Partner Concept.
• Fluent English (B2+).

We would like to meet a SAP HR/HCM Consultant for a project in Lisbon (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Support the worldwide SHERPA X Project within the SAP HR – Personal Administration (PA) scope.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing functional expertise throughout the project implementation.
• Analyse business requirements and propose appropriate SAP HR PA solutions.
• Configure, implement and validate SAP HR PA functionalities according to business needs.
• Manage and maintain employee master data, infotypes and personnel actions.
• Ensure integration between SAP HR PA and other modules, particularly HR Time Management, FI and PS.
• Support the implementation and adoption of the SAP S/4HANA Business Partner Concept.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, technical teams and business users.
• Identify potential issues, provide functional guidance and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR/HCM, specifically within the Personal Administration (PA) module.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HR PA functionalities, including infotypes, personnel actions, organisational management integration and master data concepts.
• Proven experience with the SAP S/4HANA Business Partner Concept.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP PA and other modules, such as HR Time Management, FI and PS.
• Knowledge of SAP Time Management is a plus.
• Experience in SAP implementations across multiple countries is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (B2+ - is mandatory).
