Qualificações

• Ability to independently deliver moderate-complexity engineering projects with sound judgment and high execution quality.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience working in production codebases.
• Experience improving developer workflows, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, or internal engineering tools.
• Problem solving and debugging skills to diagnose and fix complex issues.
• Clear written and verbal collaboration across engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Improve developer velocity by building and enhancing internal systems to accelerate local development workflows.
• Contribute to the Scala, Bazel, CI, and shared platform ecosystems to maintain scalable build configurations and reusable code patterns.
• Identify repetitive, manual processes and replace them with automated, self-service platform capabilities.
• Improve CI success rates, speed up failure diagnosis, and increase resilience of shared systems.
• Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to automate migrations and testing while establishing guardrails for AI-assisted development.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, Security, and Quality Engineering to drive adoption of paved paths and improve developer experience.
