Iterable, Inc. is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal. You will design and build end-to-end ML systems powering intelligence across our platform for thousands of enterprise customers.

You will own the full model lifecycle, ship core ML capabilities, and collaborate with backend and platform teams to elevate data architecture, feature serving, and model observability. The role offers strong growth, equity, and healthcare benefits.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience in production
• Proficiency with Databricks and Spark for building scalable data pipelines
• Experience taking deep learning and ensemble models from training to production deployment
• Strong Python and/or Scala coding skills with readable, modular systems
• Hands-on work with microservice backends, distributed compute, and containers

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship core product ML capabilities (send-time optimization, recommender systems, campaign personalization)
• Own the full model lifecycle from EDA to deployment and monitoring
• Scale data pipelines and serving architectures using Databricks, Spark, AWS, Ray, and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with Backend/Platform teams to improve data architecture and standards
• Mentor engineers and help set ML direction at Iterable
