Source Group International is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to help build and scale an AI-native enterprise platform. You’ll take AI from experimentation into scalable, secure and production-ready systems in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will design platform capabilities, automate model deployment pipelines, and partner with ML engineers to improve deployment reliability and observability across all AI services.

Qualificações

• Strong production ML/AI platform experience.
• Solid software engineering background with automation.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and containers.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD and IaC.
• Knowledge of observability, logging, metrics and tracing.
• Understanding ML/AI lifecycle and deployment strategies.
• Experience working across ML, Platform, Data and Product teams.
• Strong troubleshooting for reliability and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build platform capabilities for deploying AI systems.
• Develop automated pipelines for model deployment, packaging and testing.
• Build evaluation frameworks for quality, latency and cost.
• Implement observability across models and services.
• Partner with ML engineers to productionise models.
• Work with platform engineering on infrastructure, security and resilience.
• Support A/B testing, canary releases and progressive deployments.
• Automate operational processes to improve productivity.
• Contribute to agentic AI development and delivery practices.
