• Execute day-to-day operations for the global personalisation roadmap.
• Support the Personalisation Lead in identifying and pursuing high-impact personalisation opportunities.
• Help manage project timelines, dependencies and resources for personalisation initiatives.
• Assist in tracking the ROI of personalisation efforts.
• Prepare performance reports on personalisation outcomes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to communicate planning, execution, and results.
• Apply PLG principles in daily execution and contribute to refining the PLG framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and analyze personalisation initiatives.
• Support the operational infrastructure for continuous personalisation delivery.
• Translate data insights into clear findings for the Personalisation Lead.
