You will work with the Personalisation Lead and cross-functional teams to design, configure, and analyze personalisation initiatives, track ROI, and report performance to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Solid experience configuring and launching personalisation initiatives.
• Familiar with agile or waterfall project methods and ROI tracking.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day operations for the global personalisation roadmap.
• Identify and pursue high-impact personalisation opportunities.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and resources for initiatives.
• Track ROI and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Translate data insights into clear findings for leadership.
