Job summary

Agoda is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to drive hotel bookings through Meta Search Engine partnerships. You will own advertiser accounts, manage spend, and optimize bidding, terms, and technical integration to improve ROI.

Strong analytical skills and executive-level communication are essential, along with experience in BI tools and data analysis. The role focuses on building strategic advertiser relationships, understanding the booking funnel, and delivering growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a quantitative or engineering field.
• Experience in business development or account management in online marketing.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Proficiency with BI tools: SQL, Tableau, Excel.
• Comfort communicating with senior executives and external partners.
• Experience representing a company to advertisers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine partners.
• Independently manage accounts and commercial relationships.
• Negotiate terms, bidding, pricing strategies, and technical implementation.
• Define strategies with bidding and pricing teams to deliver ROI and growth.
• Track performance, derive data-driven insights, and present results.
• Communicate results and ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Ensure Agoda APIs and related tech are implemented correctly.
• Understand the full booking funnel and conversion drivers with advertisers.
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers for ongoing growth.
