Job summary

Delnext is seeking a Campaign Support & Execution specialist to assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, and more.

You will monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and contribute to dashboards and reports to support data-informed decisions. The role offers an on-site position with one remote day per week in Cacém – Sintra, with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred).
• 2 years experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Portuguese and able to work independently in English.
• Autonomous, proactive and responsible team player.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE

Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure decision-making based on data.

Market & Competitor Research

Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency.

Creative & Copy Coordination

Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)
