Job summary

Delnext is seeking a Campaign Support & Execution specialist to help set up, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads and more from our Cacém – Sintra office, with one remote day per week.

You will monitor CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, prepare dashboards, conduct market research, and coordinate with design and content teams to test creatives and landing pages.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar.
• 2+ years of Google/Meta/Amazon Ads experience.
• Fluent Portuguese; functional English.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented.

ROLE:

• Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.


• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure data-driven decisions.


• Market & Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for greater efficiency.


• Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)


• Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years required)


• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing


• Good analytical skills and attention to detail


• Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English


• Real team-player - Autonomous, proactive and responsible


• Good organizational skills
