Delnext in Portugal seeks a motivated Marketing Trainee to identify and engage influencers and affiliates across national and international markets, integrating partners into campaigns and driving ongoing collaborations. You will help shape promotional strategies and commercial arrangements while gaining hands-on campaign experience.

Ideal candidates combine a marketing mindset with data-driven decision making, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or similar field.
• Minimum 1 year working in marketing management.
• Proactive mindset and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong data analysis and communication; English fluency.

"ROLE:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or similar fields.
• A minimum of 1 year working in marketing management.
• Proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong skills in data analysis and communication; English fluency.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or other tools is an advantage.
