Zumub in Portugal (Cacém – Sintra area) is seeking a driven Campaign Support specialist to help set up, manage and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads and TikTok.

You will track CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, build performance dashboards, and report insights to the team to drive efficiency. Collaboration with design and content teams is essential to test creatives and landing pages for each platform, in a hybrid on-site role with one remote day weekly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar.
• 2+ years experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Autonomous, proactive team player with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Market & Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for greater efficiency.
• Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)
• Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years required)
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English
• Real team-player - Autonomous, proactive and responsible
• Good organizational skills
