Agoda, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Analyst to experiment with search and display campaigns, analyze results, and develop models to optimize marketing programs across engines and social platforms.

Based in Porto, Portugal, you will translate large data sets into actionable dashboards for account managers, collaborate with top analysts, and apply strong English, numerical reasoning, and Excel skills to improve lifetime value and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Good numerical reasoning skills
• Proficiency in Excel

Responsabilités

• Search: Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other search engines.
• Display: Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
• Modeling: Analyze the vast amounts of data generated by experiments, develop models we can use for optimization, and build dashboards for account managers.
