AHM - Ace Hospitality Management in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Performance & Analytics Manager to elevate digital marketing and analytics across its hospitality, restaurants, and corporate brands. You will own measurement, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations to drive revenue growth and marketing efficiency.

This senior, analytical role requires hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and CRM-driven campaigns, with Portuguese and English fluency to collaborate across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Performance Marketing, Digital Analytics, Growth Marketing or similar.
• Strong experience managing Google Ads accounts and data-driven campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital measurement, attribution, tracking, and analytics frameworks.
• Proven track record building dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights.
• Experience with CRM/email marketing strategy and optimization.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage performance measurement frameworks across websites, campaigns, CRM and marketing initiatives.
• Centralize and maintain reliable performance data across hospitality projects.
• Lead implementation and optimization of tracking solutions (GA4, GTM, conversions, attribution).
• Develop dashboards and reports for management and executives.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads to align with revenue growth and profitability.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and marketing ROI.
• Produce forecasts and performance analyses for budgeting and planning.
• Identify opportunities for growth, automation, and efficiency.
