Nutrium is seeking a People & Talent Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across teams, shaping candidate experiences and onboarding processes. You will partner with hiring managers, conduct structured interviews, and help coordinate onboarding, engagement, and branding initiatives.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, you bring 2–4 years in HR roles and a proactive, AI-friendly mindset in a fast-paced northern Portugal environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years in HR/People/recruitment.
• Experience managing recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Based in northern Portugal.
• AI-native mindset with willingness to use intelligent tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple teams, partnering with hiring managers.
• Drive structured, behaviour-based interviews reflecting culture and values; keep ATS pipelines clean.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, from documentation to scheduling sessions.
• Organise internal initiatives such as training, events, and wellbeing programmes; coordinate logistics.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts with the People & Talent Specialist.
• Provide day-to-day HR admin: maintain records, update policies, support communications.
• Collaborate to make Nutrium an even better place to work.
