Job summary

You will coach, develop and onboard team members, participate in recruiting, and ensure data integrity across HR systems while aligning with adidas performance culture.

• Experience leading a medium-sized team.
• Broad and deep understanding of HR function.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 to 15 people, ensuring KPI achievement.
• Coach, train, motivate and appraise team performance.
• Support recruiting for the team.
• Participate in Employee Life Cycle with HR team.
• Onboard and integrate new team members.
• Maintain data quality across systems and monitor SLAs.
• Handle escalations and governance of processes.
