Siemens Mobility Portugal seeks a P&O People Partner to serve as the eyes and ears of our people, becoming the trusted contact for leaders on people-related topics and ensuring a consistent people experience across the organization. You will champion PX, uphold labor law compliance, and align P&O policies with local needs where required.

You will collaborate across the P&O ecosystem to ensure excellence in execution, compliance and experience delivery, while identifying automation

Qualificações

• Excellent academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Significant P&O experience (3-5 years) with a passion for people experience in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, labor laws and employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as a trusted partner for people and leaders on complex cases and sensitive situations.
• Ensure local compliance with labor laws and P&O policies, adapting global policies locally as needed.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations, Impact Teams, and Shared Services to ensure excellence in execution and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to data/knowledge management for AI readiness and process simplification.
