Salsify’s People Experience (PX) team partners with Directors & VP’s to support people-related needs, enabling leaders and their teams to perform at their best. This role focuses on coaching managers, building trust, and driving change across the organization within a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in coaching managers on people related solutions.
• 3+ years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Excellent listening skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to uncover root causes and underlying issues.
• Comfort with difficult or uncomfortable conversations.
• Ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions to improve.
• Empathy for people and good situational awareness.
• Desire to collaborate across functions and levels and work autonomously.
• Eagerness to learn, innovate, and be scrappy.

Responsabilidades

• Partner for leaders on team and people related needs.
• Understand the business and people dynamics to advise leaders.
• Support leaders to lead through change management.
• Surface themes to Org Development and input into leader enablement programs.
• Partner with Org Development on the rollout of leader enablement.
• Collaborate across the People Experience team to enhance the employee experience.
