Siemens Mobility is seeking a P&O People Partner in Portugal to serve as the eyes and ears of our people and trusted contact for leaders on P&O topics where human judgment matters.

As a champion for people experience, you will ensure local compliance with labor laws, adapt global policies to local needs, and collaborate across Labor Relations, Impact Teams, and Shared Services to deliver excellent people experiences and drive innovation within HR processes.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years P&O experience in a global, dynamic environment.
• Strong trust-building and collaboration with leaders, teams and HR ecosystem.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, employee relations and local regulatory requirements.
• Business proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the eyes and ears of our people, acting as the trusted contact for leaders on P&O topics requiring human judgement.
• Drive local compliance with labor laws, P&O policies and regulatory requirements, collaborating with labor relations and Shared Services.
• Build strong partnerships across the P&O ecosystem to ensure excellence in execution and experience delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to data management to enable AI readiness and policy simplification.
