You will bridge employees, service owners, and technical teams to deliver intuitive experiences, measure engagement, and continuously improve usability and productivity. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in UX, service design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in UX, service design, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience creating journeys, personas, service blueprints, and maps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex tech into intuitive experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive employee-centric service experiences across the service lifecycle.
• Create and maintain end-to-end user journeys and service blueprints.
• Identify employee pain points through research and feedback.
• Drive continuous service improvement translating insights into actions.
• Define and execute employee communication and adoption strategies.
