Synopsys Inc. in Portugal is seeking a People Consultant to support HR operations across the EMEA region. You will manage complex HR cases, drive key people initiatives, and ensure consistent HR practices regionally, partnering with People Partners, Legal, Talent, Shared Services and business stakeholders.

You will lead foundational HR processes, handle escalations from Shared Services, mitigate risk, oversee talent management, and ensure a smooth employee experience across multiple countries.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Solid HR experience across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong understanding of employment law and compliance in EMEA.
• Experience supporting employee relations and operational HR processes.
• Proficiency with HR technology and data-driven decision making.
• Additional European language skills are valued (German, French, or Spanish).

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support across the EMEA region with policy guidance.
• Manage complex HR cases and ensure consistent practices.

• Support performance management, promotions, and terminations as needed.
