You will manage complex HR cases, drive key people initiatives, and ensure consistent HR practices regionally, partnering with People Partners, Legal, Talent, Shared Services and business stakeholders. You will lead foundational HR processes, handle escalations from Shared Services, mitigate risk, oversee talent management, and ensure a smooth employee experience across multiple countries.
