You will lead change programmes, contribute specialist insight, and partner with HR, COE and technology to optimise employee and manager experiences across the organisation.

The role focuses on demand planning, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring initiatives deliver value while aligning with business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Support initiatives enhancing employee and manager experience across lifecycle.
• Lead and support on global people programmes and change management.
• Drive demand planning and requirements gathering for global/local projects.
• Provide programme support ensuring delivery on time, budget, and scope.
• Apply governance and continuous improvement to people processes.
