Salsify is hiring a PX Partner to support leaders across the organization, focusing on performance management, career development, and employee engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, partnering with PX to design enablement for managers.

Based in Portugal with Lisbon-area hubs, this full-time role offers a collaborative, inclusive culture and opportunities to influence people strategy in a fast-growing company.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role.

• Partnering with Org Development and PX to enhance the experience of all employees & leaders.

About the Opportunity

Salsify's People Experience (PX) Team enables our people to do their best work by cultivating experiences that are flexible, unique, and meaningful for each individual at every stage of their Salsify journey. As a PX Partner you will work with Directors & VP's to support their people related needs. This role is a key component to Salsify leader's success by being their partner and also partnering with PX to create the most successful enablement for managers.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Key partner for leaders on team & people related needs (i.E. performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement & employee relations)
• Build an understanding of the business and the people dynamics in order to be a trusted advisor and support our leader population
• Providing support to enable leaders to effectively lead through change management
• Surfacing key themes to Org Development team and bringing input into leader enablement programs
• Partnering with Org Development on roll out of leader enablement
• Collaborate across the People Experience team to enhance the experience of all our employees & leaders

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

• Experience in coaching managers on people related solutions
• 3+ years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist Role
• Great listening skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to uncover root causes and discover underlying issues
• Activity embraces difficult or uncomfortable conversations
• Ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions to improve
• Empathy for people and good situational awareness
• Desire to collaborate across functions and levels as well as work autonomously

Compensation Philosophy :

• We pay market rates, which are competitive and equitable
• We pay based on performance and proficiency, not tenure
• We adjust proactively; when the market moves, we do too

The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, PTO, and more.
