Colep Packaging in Vale de Cambra, Portugal, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, onboarding/termination administration, and time and attendance for employees and agency workers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years in a payroll/HR role, strong English, knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law and HR tools, with a proactive and flexible mindset.

You will contribute to monthly payroll KPIs and reports and support the Payroll & Time Management team in daily operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Management/Social Sciences or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll/HR roles
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law
• Knowledge of HR management tools
• Ability to learn quickly and acquire new knowledge

Responsabilidades

Payroll Specialist

Main Activities And Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, ensuring calculation accuracy and compliance with established procedures and statutory deadlines;
• Manage the administrative processes related to employee onboarding and termination, including the required procedures with Social Security and other relevant authorities;
• Ensure the management and control of time and attendance, including holidays, absences and overtime, for Colep Packaging employees and temporary agency workers;
• Prepare information for data updates and responses to official questionnaires and surveys, including the Annual Single Report;
• Manage information related to life, health and occupational accident insurance, including enrolments, terminations, updates and claims;
• Prepare monthly payroll-related KPIs and reports;
• Support the supervision of the Payroll & Time Management team’s activities, contributing to the effective execution of daily operations.

We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Social Sciences or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Good command of English;
• Knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law;
• Knowledge of HR management tools;
• Ability to learn quickly and acquire new knowledge;
• Flexibility, proactivity and versatility.
