ADP in Lisbon is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage a portfolio of Portuguese payroll clients ranging from 1 to 2000 employees worldwide. You will oversee data preparation, deadlines, and ensure high-quality results.

The role requires attention to detail, proactivity, and strong planning. Knowledge of Portuguese labor law and experience with payroll software and advanced Excel are valued.

• Process client payrolls and perform controls to ensure quality and service excellence.
• Manage the client rental period and send periodic reports related to payroll processes (e.g., IRS, social security files, payroll accounting reconciliation).

Position Overview

ADP is hiring a Payroll Specialist for our Portuguese market.

What You’ll Do

• Review and prepare data for administrative payroll processing and perform functional testing on the platform.
• Process client payrolls and perform controls to ensure quality and service excellence.

Other Acceptable Experiences

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labor law.
• Knowledge of payroll and HR software and applications.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Processed more than 1,000 payrolls.
• Knowledge of DMR / Social Security.
• Experience with new hires and terminations processing.

• Fluent Portuguese.
