UMO is building a cutting-edge, AI-powered modern money platform across fiat, crypto, and investments. We are seeking a hands-on Team Lead for our Payments squad to own end-to-end delivery, mentor a diverse squad, and ship secure transactional features from concept to production.

You will work primarily on Go services, with Rails integrations, and collaborate across distributed teams. You will lead architecture for payment engines, ensure data integrity and security, and drive low-latency

Qualificações

• Senior engineer (5+ yrs) with real team leadership and production Go backend experience.
• Deep fintech/payment domain knowledge and experience in microservices.
• Experience with distributed systems, data stores, and real-time processing.
• Comfort with AI tooling as part of architecture design and sprint planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Payments squad focused on Go services.
• Own end-to-end outcomes including cross-team dependencies and production readiness.
• Architect, scale, and optimize core payment microservices and transactional logic using Go.
• Connect client interfaces to banking APIs, card programs, crypto rails via low-latency pipelines.
• Ensure data consistency, security, and observability across systems and containers.
