UMO is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer - Payments to lead our high-performance payments squad. You will own backend and some frontend touchpoints, primarily building Go services and Rails integrations, with strong focus on reliability, security, and scalable design.

You will mentor teammates, drive code quality, and ship features weekly in a hybrid-remote setup spanning Lisbon, Kyiv, and Dubai. A background in fintech and regulated money movement is valued.

Qualificações

• Senior backend/ Fullstack with Go experience and production-grade services.
• Experience leading a squad and delivering features end-to-end in a payments domain.
• Familiarity with fintech, banking APIs, and regulatory constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Payments squad, mentor engineers, and review code.
• Own end-to-end features from concept to production in a high-concurrency environment.
• Collaborate on architecture for Go microservices and integration pipelines.
