UMO, a Lisbon-based fintech, is seeking a Senior Team Lead for the back-office platform. You will head a squad of fullstack engineers, shaping internal tools and admin consoles that power compliance and operations. You’ll own end-to-end outcomes, drive architecture, and mentor teammates across a regulated fintech stack.

You’ll ship weekly, collaborate openly, and leverage AI-assisted development while advancing a robust component system in a Docker/Kubernetes environment.

Qualificações

• Senior engineer with 5+ years in leading a team.
• Deep production-ready knowledge of JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience building internal tools and admin platforms with RBAC and audit trails.
• Ability to design a BFF layer and integrate with upstream services.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools in daily workflow.
• Strong autonomous delivery and open collaboration in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a high-performing squad of fullstack developers.
• Own outcomes end-to-end, including dependencies on other teams.
• Run and grow the team; act as the lighthouse in your specialty.
• Ship code every week.
• Design, build, and deliver internal admin platforms and ops consoles with RBAC and audit trails.
• Own the BFF layer and API integration breadth.
