Sovos in Lisbon is seeking a Payment Services Representative to manage client money, allocate payments, perform reconciliations and respond to internal queries. You will liaise with Managed Services teams to ensure timely payments are completed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of office experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will join a global team with structured processes and clear deadlines to support reliable financial operations.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of office work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately record all transactions on behalf of clients.
• Ensure payments are processed within deadlines and reconciled.
• Reconcile multicurrency bank accounts with internal records.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and respond to internal queries.
• Collaborate with Managed Services and other departments to meet deadlines.
