• Experience in luxury hotel or high-volume premium operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pastry section ensuring high-quality desserts and confections.
• Oversee daily pastry operations and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on seasonal dessert concepts.
• Mentor junior pastry staff and maintain cleanliness in the workstation.
• Support pastry operations for events and banquets.
• Maintain luxury hospitality standards in presentation and taste.
