CTS Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to act as a technical ambassador for the European data centre industry. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with senior client organisations, consultants, partners, OEMs, and investors, showcasing CTS’s engineering excellence and integrated delivery capabilities.

Qualificações

• Professional engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership is desirable.
• 5–10 years' experience in data centre or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Experience guiding clients through engineering, design and delivery discussions.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to executives and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain executive relationships with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, AI, cloud, and data centre operators across Europe.
• Position CTS as a trusted engineering and delivery partner with senior leadership and program managers.
• Engage with consultants, engineering practices, developers, investors, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Drive data centre project opportunities through account and territory approaches.
• Promote CTS’s integrated design, manufacturing, and digital delivery capabilities across Europe.
• Lead discussions on feasibility, strategies, and delivery optimization with clients.
• Collaborate with CTS teams to ensure consistent messaging and client engagement.
