Partner Delivery Lead – Scale & Performance

Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking a Leader to build and scale a high-performing partner delivery program that enables us to deliver exceptional customer outcomes through trusted services partners.

You will coordinate with FDE teams, Partnerships, Finance, and CS to ensure partner engagements are commercially sound and delivered with high quality, helping us scale Forward Deployed Engineering capabilities across Europe. This role requires a builder mindset and strong governance accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner delivery, professional services operations, or vendor/subcontractor management within software/tech.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing SOWs, subcontracting agreements, and commercial frameworks with services partners or SI.
• Ability to build KPIs and SLAs, governance processes, and use data to drive accountability.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, CS, and Partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple engagements and stakeholders.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments where processes evolve and scalable systems are built.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale partner delivery operations with defined playbooks, processes, and quality standards.
• Own engagement intake, allocation, and determine delivery models with internal teams and partners.
• Provide visibility into program performance, risks, and learnings to leadership.
• Define and track partner KPIs/SLAs, conduct performance reviews, and drive improvements.
• Ensure clear scope, measurable success criteria, and smooth handoffs to CS.
