CB Talents is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Lisbon to support and optimize digital advertising performance. You will handle complex campaign queries and guide users through troubleshooting and best practices, applying digital marketing skills daily.

The role requires hands-on experience with paid campaigns, a Marketing degree, and a strong background in Digital Marketing and contact center support in AdTech. A social media-savvy mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• Must have proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or closely related field.
• Solid experience in Digital Marketing and a background working in a Contact Centre or support program for an AdTech company.
• Absolute fluency in social media products and a strong fundamental grasp of digital advertising ecosystems.

• Provide high-level, solutions-oriented customer support for digital advertising and paid campaign management platforms.
• Guide users through troubleshooting, optimization, and platform best practices.
