CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support and optimize performance for digital advertising campaigns. You will handle high-level, solutions-oriented support across paid campaign management platforms, guiding users through troubleshooting and best practices.

The ideal candidate has a Marketing degree, hands-on digital marketing experience, and a background in a Contact Centre or AdTech support role, with fluency in social media products and core advertising
