Decskill is seeking a Packaging Engineer for a hybrid role in Porto, Portugal (2x/week at the office). You will package, integrate, and deploy Windows applications for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments, building silent and interactive MSI/PSADT installers.

You'll automate packaging with PowerShell and DevOps practices, manage deployments through MECM and Intune, and support the application lifecycle from qualification to production.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3+ years of experience in Application Packaging or a similar role.
• Strong experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Windows Installer (MSI) technology.
• Hands-on experience with MECM (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and PSADT.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Understanding of DevOps, automation, and CI/CD concepts.
• English level B2 or higher.

• Provide technical support throughout the application lifecycle, from qualification to production.
• Participate in modernization, convergence, and continuous improvement projects.
• Work with ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and end users to deliver reliable deployment solutions.
