A Decskill procura um DevOps & Technical Expert para apoiar ambientes de produção e liderar iniciativas de infraestrutura em nuvem. A posição envolve colaboração com equipas globais para entregar soluções seguras e escaláveis.

Responsável por gestão de pipelines CI/CD, monitorização com Dynatrace, e integração de novas tecnologias, com foco em excelência operacional e governança de projetos. Excelente oportunidade em um contexto internacional.

Qualificações

• Proven experience providing Level 3 application production support in enterprise environments.
• Gestão de infraestruturas ou projetos de suporte à produção do início ao fim.
• Sólido conhecimento de IT corporativo (Linux, middleware, networking, storage, bases de dados, hosting).
• Experiência prática com plataformas em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP) e arquiteturas nativas na cloud.
• Experiência com Infrastructure as Code (IaC) e automação em nuvem.
• Fortes conhecimentos de DevOps e pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure Pipelines).
• Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes; Dynatrace para monitorização; WebSphere, Autosys, Connect: Direct (CFT).
• Experiência com ferramentas de automação (Ansible).
• Boa gestão de governança de projetos, risco, budget e stakeholders.
• Capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas seguras e escaláveis.
• Conhecimento de SLAs, KPIs e processos de suporte operacional.
• Excelente capacidade analítica, de resolução de problemas e de comunicação.
• Experiência em ambientes internacionais e multiculturais.
• Certificações em Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google) são vantagem.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte de produção de Nível 3 para ambientes críticos de produção.
• Liderar e coordenar projetos de infraestruturas desde a conceção até à produção.
• Projetar arquiteturas técnicas para aplicações em nuvem e on-premises.
• Coordenar equipes técnicas interdisciplinares como ponto de contacto principal.
• Assegurar entrega de projetos dentro do alcance, prazos e orçamentos.
• Integrar tecnologias de cloud aos projectos, com foco em resiliência e custo.
• Gerir governança de projeto, com comités de direção, reporting e risco.
• Definir e monitorizar SLAs e KPIs para serviços de suporte à produção.
• Garantir prontidão de produção e autonomia das equipas RUN.
• Planear deployments de produção, incluindo turnos fora de horas e fins de semana.
• Colaborar com DevOps, FinOps, Infra e Security para melhoria contínua.
• Promover práticas modernas (DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, Cloud).
• Identificar oportunidades de optimizar infraestruturas e processos operacionais.

We are looking for an DevOps & Technical Expert!

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 Application Production Support for business‑critical production environments, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
• Lead and coordinate infrastructure‑related IT projects, from technical design through implementation and transition to production.
• Design and implement technical architectures supporting business applications across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams, acting as the primary technical point of contact for project stakeholders and business teams.
• Ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, meeting scope, timeline, budget, and governance requirements.
• Integrate cloud technologies into project architectures while addressing resilience, security, cost optimization, and infrastructure decommissioning.
• Manage project governance, including steering committees, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs for production support services.
• Ensure production readiness and operational autonomy of Application Support (RUN) teams.
• Plan and coordinate production deployments, including out‑of‑hours and weekend activities when required.
• Collaborate with DevOps, FinOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Contribute to the adoption of modern engineering practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Cloud transformation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure, applications, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience providing Level 3 Application Production Support within enterprise environments.
• Strong experience managing technical infrastructure or production support projects from initiation to delivery.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including Linux, middleware, networking, storage, databases, and application hosting.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure Pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes container platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace.
• Experience with legacy enterprise technologies including WebSphere, Autosys, and Connect: Direct (CFT).
• Experience working with automation tools such as Ansible.
• Strong understanding of IT project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Experience defining and managing SLAs, KPIs, and operational support processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud, or equivalent) are considered an advantage.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
