Swisscom, expanding its finance services in Lisbon, seeks a Finance Services Specialist to join the GFI team. You will independently deliver end-to-end P2P services, own service quality, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

We offer a hybrid work model, 25 days leave, meal and other benefits. English proficiency required, German/French/Italian a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business.
• 2–5 years in finance operations or a similar service environment.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Data literacy and analytical thinking.
• Ability to coach and guide junior colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end service delivery within your defined area.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and service partners.
• Monitor KPIs and service performance; initiate corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements, data quality, and automation within your area.
• Support knowledge sharing and cross-training among the team.
