Qualifikationen

• Advanced education in finance, accounting, business or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of expert-level finance/operations experience with a proven contribution to improvement.
• Deep end-to-end P2P expertise, incl. complex cases and cross-system dependencies.
• Strong understanding of controls, regulatory requirements and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Own complex P2P cases and lead escalations end-to-end.
• Analyze service performance and drive improvements with data-driven actions.
• Represent the service in transformation initiatives and automation projects.
• Drive process, data quality, controls and automation across areas.
• Coach colleagues and support capability development across the organization.
