Swisscom’s Lisbon finance services team is seeking a Finance Services Expert to own complex P2P topics, drive data-driven improvements and support transformation initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders, manage escalations, and contribute to scalable, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

You will also coach colleagues, help optimize processes and automation, and participate in cross-functional projects within the GFI group finance organization.

Qualifications

• Deep end-to-end P2P expertise, including complex cases, escalations and cross-system dependencies.
• Strong understanding of controls, regulatory requirements and process governance.
• Ability to design and optimize P2P processes and automation, including AI-enabled processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the complex cases: lead and resolve complex operational issues and escalations end to end.
• Steer with data: analyze service performance and drive improvements with KPIs.
• Represent the service: partner with stakeholders in transformation initiatives and automation projects.
• Drive improvement: enhance processes, controls, data quality and automation across service areas.
• Build capability: coach colleagues and support knowledge transfer across the organization.
