Job summary

Swisscom's Lisbon Delivery Center is establishing a Finance Services leadership role to drive the Purchase-to-Pay transition from Switzerland to Lisbon and to build a local finance team of about 25 professionals in the first phase.

You will report to the Swiss finance function and collaborate with Swiss procurement and other stakeholders while shaping processes, controls and automation. The role offers hybrid work and broad growth opportunities as more processes move to Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Around 7–10 years of experience in transactional finance operations (P2P, O2C or R2R) or finance transformation, in shared services or a comparable environment.
• Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes, controls, compliance and process quality.
• ERP experience, ideally SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of P2P to Lisbon with colleagues from Switzerland, from knowledge transfer and shadowing through to stable, independent operation.
• Hire, lead and develop the local finance team, from the first hires to a fully operational unit of around 25 people.
• Mentor and develop your team and build a strong culture of performance and collaboration.
• Own day-to-day operations, service levels and process quality, so finance processes run reliably.
• Ensure robust internal controls, compliance and audit-readiness in line with group finance standards.
• Standardize processes and scale automation and AI across finance operations in Lisbon.
• Work closely with Finance in Switzerland, report on progress and feed operational insight back.
• Lay the foundation for moving further finance processes, such as O2C and R2R, to Lisbon.
